As a consultant I bring over twenty-five years of experience in the nonprofit sector, through both a professional and a volunteer lens. My experience gives me a unique view into the life of a nonprofit.
I am currently the Vice Chair of Congregations for the Homeless and volunteer in the Hopelink food bank. I have led organizations through strategic planning, interim leadership, and developing fundraising strategies. I have a Certificate in Nonprofit Management through the University of Washington and completed the two-year adaptive leadership program through Leadership Eastside.
I believe in working to create a stronger community and I am passionate about the important role of nonprofits in our community. I would be honored to have the opportunity to work with your nonprofit in establishing a solid framework for the future.
Collaborating with your nonprofit leadership, I work with you to achieve your vision and together we will create the next steps required for you to achieve success.
I provide organizational development services through Strategic Planning, Board Governance, Fund Development, Meeting Facilitation, and Interim Leadership.
”Clare brought invaluable skills to help guide us through the (strategic planning) process, including her non-profit and education experience, an understanding of our schools mission, leadership and strategic planning skills, as well as good humor, patience and perseverance! She helped us to articulate and structure a multitude of views and information into a solid, creative and inspiring plan for the school’s coming years.”
